If you notice an error with the items in your order, please review the invoice that came in your package.
If the invoice doesn't match one (or more) of the items, please send us an email with the subject line “Incorrect Order,” and please include the following information:
- Your order number or DTC number
- The shipping address associated with the order
- The product style, size, and color of any missing item
- The product style and size listed on the tag, as well as a photo, of any item you received in error.
If the invoice is for another customer's order, or if the missing item isn't actually listed on your invoice, please Contact Us and we will be happy to assist you.
If you purchased your order through a third-party retailer and it arrived incorrectly, you will need to reach out to them directly.
