Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for processing. During holidays and periods of high order volume, it may take longer to process your return.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an automatic email alert notifying you of your refund. Depending on the policies of your bank or card holder, it can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account.
