We will gladly accept returns purchased directly from Sunday Afternoons US based website within 90 days of the original purchase date. We just ask that the items are returned to us following the instructions below:
·Returned in unworn condition with the tags still attached
·In the original box (or one similar in size - this is to avoid damaging the items)
·Please use the returns portal located [here] and include the order number
If you received your hat as a gift, please be sure to include original purchaser information.
·Please completely fill out the return form by following the clickable link listed above and be sure to keep your return tracking number for your reference
Please note. We do not offer exchanges or refund shipping. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return items and can use the prepaid return label provided through the portal, and $4.99 will be deducted at the time the refund is processed.
Items returned that do not meet these criteria may be returned to the customer.
Once the return is received to the warehouse it is inspected and then refunded to the card that made the original purchase. Customers will receive an email from Sunday Afternoons letting them know their card has been refunded. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for processing.
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns for gaiters or masks even if unworn and sealed. No exceptions.
