What do I do if my order shows as "Returned to Sender"? 

Delivery issues can be frustrating. If your order shows as being “Returned to Sender,” please review the possible reasons below and contact us right away so that we can assist you with your order. Sunday Afternoons is unable to change the address once an order has been placed.

All orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. UPS/USPS may initiate a “Return to Sender” for certain reasons, including, but not limited to,

  • Incomplete or incorrect address input at checkout 
  • Missing unit/apartment/lot number 
  • Unable to deliver 
  • Package refused 
  • Held at post office and not picked up
  • Unable to access delivery location 
  • Customer requested a mail hold and never picked up 
  • Insufficient forwarding address

Please be sure to review your order confirmation for address accuracy. Once your order is returned to our distribution center, please allow up to 14 business days for the order to be refunded back to the original card used to make the purchase.
