Sunday Afternoons ships via UPS SurePost®, meaning UPS picks up the package, but in some locations, USPS makes the final delivery. To file a delivery inquiry, please use the tracking number associated with final delivery per your tracking information.
Please make note of any claim number provided by the carrier and retain it until the issue has been resolved.
You can begin a package inquiry with USPS by calling (800) 275-8777. You will be given a service request number. While it can take up to 3 business days to get a resolution, we have seen customers resolve their concerns in less than 24 hours when working directly with USPS, since they are usually able to track the delivery via GPS location scan. Be sure to provide them with your tracking number. UPS can be reached at 866-706-6894 for all missing package inquiries.
