Orders are shipped to the address submitted at checkout. Prior to contacting Sunday Afternoons, please review your order confirmation email to confirm the shipping address is accurate and review where the carrier indicated the package was delivered. To track your order, click here.
We ship orders via UPS Sure Post, and sometimes they are delivered by the US Postal Service. Because of this, you may have two tracking numbers. UPS will provide additional tracking information if USPS made final delivery and will typically indicate where your item was left under the “Proof of Delivery” tab on the UPS website.
If you have confirmed delivery but you cannot find the package, please check behind large objects such as planters, on the side of the house, and with your neighbors. If you live in an apartment complex, gated community, or housing complex, please check with the main office.
If after following the steps above you are still unable to locate your package, please allow an additional 24 hours; sometimes a carrier will prematurely mark an item as delivered. There is an interesting article on this topic you may find helpful here.
After 24 hours, if you are still unable to locate your package, please reach out to the local carrier that made the final delivery and ask for a delivery inquiry for a missing package. Delivery inquiries with the local carrier are the quickest resolution, since they are able to view the delivery location via a GPS location scan.
